As Rick continues to get better and we discuss our future, we've been talking a lot about our wonderful team and how truly blessed we feel to be able to work with such an awesome group of people. One of the things we discussed this morning was how to better stay in touch with everyone on a regular basis; to share ideas, inspiration, thoughts, and things I come across on a daily basis.
It's impossible to speak to everyone, everyday. Even though I wish I could. We're thinking that having a regular blog post would be a way to reach out and create another way to stay connected.
One of the secrets to success in Network Marketing & in life is to stay connected. It's like your cellphone.....if you never plug it in, eventually the battery will die and you won't be able to use it again until you
connect it to the power source! It's why many of us attend church on a regular basis - to stay
connected to the source of power!
I see it all the time...people join the team, get all excited and then we never see or hear from them again! I really don't understand it, but I do know that if someone who is brand new to our team gets connected right away, their odds of success goes up dramatically!!!
So here's another way to stay connected to what's happening with the team. This blog isn't designed to be a newsletter, as we have a great newsletter Synergy sends out, and Jimmy & Niki also send out a terrific newsletter. If you're not getting those, let me know right away because you're missing out!!! This is designed to bring you ideas, inspiration, motivation, tips, information & things that are on my Heart & Soul!
I encourage you to share this with your new team members as they join, subscribe so you'll get updates right to your email, and please, PLEASE, participate! Comment, ask questions, let me know what you're thinking and what you need!
So for today I want to share something I found online about L-arginine & Nitric Oxide that I thought many of you would find interesting!
L-arginine and Nitric Oxide:
- L-arginine is a precursor of nitric oxide, which causes blood vessel relaxation. Although there is some evidence
that suggests that L-arginine may be useful in the treatment of medical conditions that are improved by vasodilation,
such as angina, atherosclerosis, coronary artery disease, erectile dysfunction, heart failure, intermittent
claudication / peripheral vascular disease, and vascular headache, more proof is needed. Arginine also stimulates
protein synthesis and has been studied for wound healing, bodybuilding, enhancement of sperm production
(spermatogenesis), and prevention of wasting in people with critical illness.
It is extremely useful in enhancing the immune system, and it increases the size and activity of the thymus
gland, which is responsible for manufacturing T lymphocytes – the much talked about T-cells, which assist
the immune system. For this reason it might be an important nutrient for people suffering from AIDS and
other malignant diseases which suppress the immune system.
In the pancreas it is used to release insulin and in the pituitary gland it is a component of human growth
hormone, and is used in sexual stimulants, as people report longer and more intense orgasms when their intake
of arginine is increased.
It is also important in liver health and assists in neutralizing ammonia in the liver, while it is also involved
in the skin and connective tissue – making it important in healing and repair of tissue as well as the formation
of collagen and building of new bone and tendons.
L-arginine is found in seminal fluid and L-arginine is used in the treatment of male sexual health and has
been used in the treatment of sterility.
It is required in muscle metabolism – maintaining the nitrogen balance, and helping with weight control since
it facilitates the increase of muscle mass, while reducing body fat.
Rick & I believe the best is yet to come for your life, and we're here cheering you on!
